If you supply us with the elevation certificate and a recorded copy of the deed on you property (required by FEMA) we can fill out the application and supply all the required maps to go along with the application. We will then send the application to FEMA on your behalf and handle any follow up requests FEMA may have. There are companys that charge a portion of your insurance savings to provide this service, which can come out to several hundred dollars. We charge a flat fee of $50. We will typically know once we receive your elevation certificate if it will be successful or not but if we do send in an application that gets rejected we will refund half the money.
